Investment Strategy

It is a requirement under current Super Laws that a SMSF formulate and give effect to an investment Strategy. Further details can be found here.

ATO Rollover Form

Once your SMSF has been established you will be able to transfer your existing super benefits to your new Self Managed Superfund.  Further details can be found here.

CommSec Share Transfer Form

This form allows you to transfer ASX Listed Securities from your Individual Name to your SMSF if your selected Broker with ESUPERFUND is CommSec.  Further details can be found here.

EBROKING Share Transfer Form

This form allows you to transfer ASX Listed Securities from your Individual Name to your SMSF if your selected Broker with ESUPERFUND is EBROKING.  Further details can be found here.

Standard Off Market Transfer Form - Managed Funds

This form allows you to transfer Managed Funds from your Individual Name to your SMSF. Further details can be found here.

Standard Off Market Transfer Form - Computershare

This form allows you to transfer shares to your SMSF.

Standard Off Market Transfer Form - Link Market Services

This form allows you to transfer shares to your SMSF.

Tax Deduction Notice

If you want to make a Tax Deductible Concessional Contribution to your SMSF you must complete an ATO Form called a "Deduction for Personal Super Contributions" Notice.  Further details can be found here.

Spouse Contributions Splitting Form

Contributions Splitting refers to splitting Concessional Contributions with your spouse.  Typically this is done to increase your spouses' super balance.  Further details can be found here.

Employee Choice Form

This form instructs your Employer to begin making Contributions to your SMSF.   The Form will need to be completed and signed by you.

Compliance Document

This Form provides a declaration to your Employer that your SMSF is a regulated Superannuation Fund and is able to accept employer contributions. 

Retirement Declaration (where "Retired" between age 55 and 59)

If you are aged between 55 and 59 you must "Retire" in order for your Super Benefit to become Unpreserved and be fully accessible.  Further details can be found here.

Retirement Declaration (where "Retired" between age 60 and 64)

A "Retirement" Declaration must be signed if you cease employment after age 60. Further details can be found here.

As a Trustee you must ensure all investment decisions are made in accordance with the documented Investment Strategy of the Fund.   Further details can be found here.

Derivatives Risk Statement

Clients who trade Derivatives must prepare a Derivatives Risk Statement detailing the reasons for the use of derivatives by the SMSF, along with an analysis of the risks involved within the Fund's Investment Strategy. 

ANZ 100 Points of Identification

To establish an ANZ V2 Plus Account which will act as the Transaction Account for your SMSF you must provide 100 points of identification.  This document details acceptable identification.

CommSec 100 Points of Identification

If you select CommSec to act as the Share Trading Account for your SMSF you must provide 100 points of identification.  This document details acceptable identification.

CommSec Share Trading Limits (ANZ)

When you BUY ASX Listed Securities with CommSec, the Trade will settle from the funds in your ANZ V2 Plus Account up to certain limits. The Trading Limits are detailed here.

CommSec Share Trading Limits (CBA)

When you BUY ASX Listed Securities with CommSec, you will be able to trade up to the full balance in your CBA Transaction Account, as detailed here.
